<br />8.6 Street Right-of-Way Dedication. The DEVELOPER is responsible for dedicating <br />(and constructing public streets to city/county specifications as described in the <br />City of Roseville Subdivision and Public Improvement Contract), through the <br />subdivision plat process, the necessary right-of-way required by the City of <br />Roseville or Ramsey County. <br /> <br />8.7 Utility & Drainage Easements. The DEVELOPER is responsible for creating, <br />dedicating and/or granting specific easements pertaining to public utility services, <br />site access approved by the City and as described in the City of Roseville <br />Subdivision and Public Improvement Code, and the storm water pond as approved <br />by Capitol Regions Watershed. <br /> <br />8.8 Park Dedication. The DEVELOPER is responsible for dedicating land or cash in <br />lieu of land to the City of Roseville Park fund as specified and recommended by <br />the Roseville Park and Recreation Commission on , 2003. <br /> <br />6 <br />
