<br />11.8 The DEVELOPER shall reimburse the CITY for the following expenses: outside <br />consultants' time and reasonable city attorney's fees that the CITY incurs in assisting in <br />the preparation of any contracts, agreements or permits. The CITY shall supply an <br />itemized cost of such expenses to the DEVELOPER for payment prior to issuance of <br />building permits. <br /> <br />12.0 NOTICES <br /> <br />Required notices to the DEVELOPER shall be in writing and shall be either hand delivered to the <br />DEVELOPER, their employees or agents, or mailed to the DEVELOPER by certified or <br />registered mail at the following address: <br /> <br />c/o The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society <br />4800 W. 57 Street <br />P.O.
