<br />7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br /> <br />7.1 On April 2, 2003, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />V oermans variance request. At the meeting no citizens were present to address the <br />Commission and the Planning Commission had no questions of staff or the applicant <br />regarding the request. <br /> <br />7.2 The Planning Commission voted (7-0) to recommend that the Roseville City Council <br />approve the request by Gerald V oermans for a 503 square foot (50/0) variance to Section <br />1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code, based on the findings of Section 5 and subject to the <br />five conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated April 2, 2003. <br /> <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />8.1 ADOPT A RESOLUTION approving the request by Gerald Voermans for a 503 <br />square foot (50/0) VARIANCE to Section 1004.01A6 (Maximum Total Surface Area) <br />of the Roseville City Code allowing construction of living area and site <br />improvements at 1251 Roma Avenue, based on the findings in Section 5 and <br />conditions of Section 6 (A through E) of the project report dated April 28, 2003. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (651-490-2236) <br /> <br />Attachments: Location map, narrative, site plan, aerial photo, and draft resolution. <br /> <br />PF3462 - ReA 042803 - Page 5 of 5 <br />
