The Council directed some issues back to staff including F.ire Lane <br />Violations at night with employee parking (Fire to review/talk to a.M. manager); Lights shin~ng into <br />residential areas that need shields(Codes to review with a.M. manager); dumping of glass and noise from <br />this late nights (Codes to review codes, then talk to a.M. manager). I suspect that both of you already <br />have a relationship with the on-site manager and can contact him/her. <br /> <br />I was assigned to meet with the neighbors and owner John Pavlick on Thursday at 2:00pm in the Comm. <br />Dev. Conf. room. I have given Mr. Pavlick and Chris Meyer (neighbor) a summary of the meeting and an <br />em ail inviting them to this meeting, and ask them to spread the word with neighbors so we can get them <br />together at once, for an hour. <br /> <br />Duane: Mr. Meyer asked for help installing crosswalks on Lexington Avenue - is there anything we can <br />do or is this a County (Dan Soler) County issue? <br /> <br />Mr. Pavlick has told us that he will not be available to return to the Council on this issue until April 14, <br />but that he will be out of town all of next week. <br /> <br />Attached is my memo and the notes from the meeting.
