<br /> <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />April 2, 2003 <br /> <br />MEMO TO: 1) John Pavlik, Owner of 01' Mexico <br />2) Property Owners/Residents Adjacent to 01 Mexico Restaurant, <br />1754 Lexington Avenue, City of Roseville <br /> <br />RE: 01' Mexico Restaurant, 1754 North Lexington Avenue, requested Roseville <br />City Council approval (at meeting of March 31, 2003) to establish and use an <br />outdoor patio to serve food and intoxicating beverages. <br /> <br />The City staff recommended approval contingent upon compliance with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />a. Screen all light from adjoining residential districts. All lighting to be <br />down cast. <br />b. No outdoor music after 10 pm on sites adjacent to residential districts. <br />c. Patio to be completely fenced in, with entry from the main building, <br />but the fenced in area to include emergency exits. Patio must be <br />entirely on business's property; no roof extensions or canvass type <br />patio roofs closer than 30 feet to property line. <br />d. No ground mounted signage on the patio or attached to fencing. No <br />ground mounted signage closer than 15 feet to property lines. <br />e. No food or beverages served after 10pm on sites adjacent to <br />residential districts. <br />f. Restaurant to provide approval letter for outdoor patio foodlliquor <br />sales from property owners prior to issuance of building, county <br />health, or other permits as per application site plan. <br />g.
