OL' Mexico
ROSEVILLE

January 23, 2003

Mr. Neal Beets
City Manager

Re: Outdoor Patio

Dear Mr. Beets:

Several years ago Roseville's city Council gave 01' Mexico
permission to install an outdoor patio in the front of our
building. This did not work out because:
1. Hard to control
2. Theft of furniture
3. Too far from kitchen
We would like to move our patio to the north side of our
building, between the side of our building and the sidewalk.
If we are able to move to the side of our building:
1. It would be fenced in
2. Enter from restaurant only
3. Closer to kitchen
4. Hopefully increase sales
5. Built to conform to building style with Mexican motif
6. Comply with all city requirements
We also have 50 extra parking spaces, 25 in Lexington professional
building and 25 in shopping center across Lexington.

If you are going to put this on City Council agenda, please
if possible ,do so between Febuary 17th and March 1st, 2003.

Than]\: you,

John Pavlick
Owner 01' Mexico
1754 N.
