The driveway to accommodate this would involve <br />cutting down 4 mature pine trees. The common wall adjoining the garage to the fireplace, <br />living room and dining room prohibits an extension of the e~ garage westward. <br /> <br />Hanlsllip - Ac:cess to Rear of Propertv <br /> <br />Constructing a 6 ~ foot wide driveway on the east side would be within 2 feet of the <br />property line and involve extensive excavating, a retaining wall plus the removal of mature <br />trees in the backyard. <br /> <br />Constructing a 5 foot wide driveway on the west side would be within 2 feet of the . <br />property line and involve the destruction of 8 mature pine trees and the relocation of the <br />central air "conditioning unit. <br /> <br />HardSlaiP - BIliIdiJu! ia Froat of Home <br /> <br />This option to build a garage in front of the home (west to east) would completely block <br />the view from the picture window and need about the same variance. <br /> <br />I hope this answers your questions on the front yard setback.
