The proposed addition will encroach 15.5 feet into the <br />front yard requiring a variance to Section 1004.02D5 - Dwelling Dimensions - Front <br />Yard Setback. <br /> <br />PROJECT REVIEW HISTORY <br /> <br />. Application submitted on March 17, 2003. <br />. Determined complete on April 16, 2003. <br />. 60-day review deadline on June 15,2003. <br />. Staff Review & Recommendation: Approval w/Conditions May 7, 2003. <br />. Planning Commission: Hearing/Approval Recommendation (5-0) May 7, 2003. <br />. City Council Action: Approval - June 2, 2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff recommends approval of a 15.5 foot VARIANCE to <br />Section 1004.02D5 (Dwelling Dimensions - Front Yard Setback) of the Roseville <br />City Code for Roland Gisvold allowing the construction of an attached garage at 970 <br />Transit Avenue, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 Adopt a resolution approving the requested variance subject to conditions (see <br />Section 8 for more detail). <br /> <br />PF3464 - ReA 060203 - Page 1 of 6 <br />
