All day care fire/life safety ins~ction fees shall be as established in the most <br />3 s:;urrent Fees Resolution adopted by the City Council. <br /> <br />4 902.12;2: APPEAL: <br /> <br />5 An appeal of the following actions can be made to the City Council by the affected party <br />6 within thirty (30) days of the affected party being notified of the actions: <br /> <br />7 A. Issuance of fire prevention orders. <br /> <br />B. Extension of time limits for compliance with a fire prevention order issued by the Fire <br />Marshal. <br /> <br />C. Refusal of the Fire Marshal to issue permits authorized in this Code. <br /> <br />D. Revocation of a permit pursuant to this Code. <br /> <br />E. Affected party claims that the Code does not apply or that the intent of the Code has <br />been misconstrued or wrongly interpreted.
