<br />2. Posting: No person shall park or drive a vehicle on a public street after it has <br />been posted with signs by the Public Works Director or the Chief of Police (or <br />designees) temporarily prohibiting vehicular parking or traffic pursuant to this <br />Section. (Ord. 817,5-8-78; amd. 1995 Code) (602.08B) <br /> <br />F. No Parking after snowfall: <br /> <br />1. Parking Restricted: No person shall park any vehicle, except in compliance <br />with directions of a police officer or in compliance with regulatory parking <br />signs, on any street for a period of forty eight (48) hours commencing <br />immediately after any two inches (2") or more continuous snowfall or until <br />snow removal has been completed on any street, whichever occurs first. (Ord. <br />687, 12-18-72) (602.09A) <br /> <br />2. Removal of Illegally Parked Vehicles: Any vehicle parked in violation of this <br />Section is declared to be a nuisance which interferes with snow removal from <br />public streets and any police officer may remove or cause to be removed, <br />summarily, any such vehicle by means of towing or otherwise or such police <br />officer may require the driver or owner to remove such vehicle off the paved, <br />improved or traveled portion of such street. (602.09B) <br /> <br />3. Prosecution for Violation: The removal of a vehicle which is parked in <br />violation of this Section, either by a police officer or under the direction of a <br />police officer, shall not preclude a prosecution for violation of any provision <br />of this Chapter. (Ord. 361,2-26-62) (602.09C) <br /> <br />Section 1018.10. Joint Parking Facilities <br /> <br />A. Joint Parking Facilities Permitted. Required parking facilities serving two (2) or <br />more uses may be located on the same lot or in the same structure, provided that <br />the total number of parking spaces furnished shall not be less than the sum of the <br />separate requirements for each use. (I005.01El) <br /> <br />B. General Conditions For Approval: The City Council may approve the joint use of <br />parking facilities for the following uses or activities under the following <br />conditions: (I005.01E2) <br /> <br />1. Up to fifty percent (50%) of the parking facilities required for a theater, <br />bowling alley, dance hall, bar or restaurant may be supplied by the off-street <br />parking facilities provided by types of uses specified under subsection 4 <br />below as primarily daytime uses. (Io05.01E2a) <br /> <br />2. Up to fifty percent (50%) of the off-street parking facilities required for any <br />use specified under subsection 4 below as primarily daytime uses may be <br />supplied by the parking facilities provided by the following nighttime or <br /> <br />15 <br />
