<br />D. Parking on Private Property: No vehicle shall be parked or left standing upon the <br />private property of any person without the consent of the property owner. (Ord. <br />270, 1-27-58) <br /> <br />Section 2. Sections 1004.01D and 1005.01 D are hereby deleted in their entirety and <br />retitled "Reserved". <br /> <br />Section 3. Section 407.02M3 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />No person shall cause, undertake, permit or allow the outside parking and storage of <br />vehicles in residentially-zoned property for more than fourteen (14) days unless it <br />complies with the following requirements. <br /> <br />Section 4. Section 407.0204 is hereby deleted and replaced with the following: <br /> <br />Vehicles Without License Plates: Except where expressly permitted by state law, any <br />vehicle shall be deemed to be junked or abandoned if said vehicle does not have attached <br />thereto a valid current license plate issued by the proper State agency. (407.0204) <br /> <br />Section 5. If this Section (1018) imposes a requirement different from other sections of <br />the city code, the more restrictive section shall apply. <br /> <br />21 <br />
