(IDD5.D7c4) <br /> <br />No automobile service station driveway at a property line shall be less than fifty <br />feet (50') (10.0.5.0.9) from the intersection of two (2) street property lines or right-of- <br />way lines. <br /> <br />Exception: In all industrial districts on-site parking lot setback and parking of <br />vehicles shall be (IDD7.DIAI) permitted no closer than forty feet (40') to any front <br />yard property or right-of-way lines or where the lot faces a residential district. <br />Exception (IDD7.DIAld): With a combination of permanent year-round screening <br />and landscaping, the parking setback of passenger vehicles (cars and trucks of less <br />than one ton capacity) may be reduced to twenty feet (20') from the front property <br />line.
