Section 407.0204 is hereby deleted and replaced with the following: <br /> <br />Vehicles Without License Plates: Except where expressly permitted by state law, any <br />vehicle shall be deemed to be iunked or abandoned if said vehicle does not have attached <br />thereto a valid current license plate issued by the proper State agency. (407.0204) <br /> <br />Section 5. If this Section (1018) imposes a requirement different from other sections of <br />the city code, the more restrictive section shall apply. <br /> <br />21 <br />
