The purpose of regulating of parking and loading is to alleviate or <br />18 prevent congestion of the public and private right-of-ways to promote the safety <br />19 and general welfare of the public. In order to regulate parking and loading, the following minimum requirements <br />43 have been established for vehicle parking and loading in accordance with the use <br />44 of various parcels of land and structures. All uses existing on the effective date of <br />45 the adoption and re-adoption of this code shall be required to comply as <br />46 determined by the Community Development Director with the minimum parking <br />47 requirements set forth below.
