Site plan review as described in Section 1010.16 shall be required for all <br />repairs, remodeling and additions if the construction involved increases the <br />overall size of the parking lot by ten percent (10%) or in the event that the <br />construction increases the assessor's market value by over twenty percent <br />(20%).
