Anticipated Council Action June 16,2003 <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Staff finds the site is unique because of the construction <br />that occurred prior to the adoption of the 30% impervious surface requirement. The Laurs <br />had already expanded their surface area with a large house footprint, pool and pool deck, <br />and a large driveway. This unknowingly precluded many future site options. <br />Consequently, the staff recommends approval of 859 square foot (8%) lot coverage <br />variance to Section 1004.01A6 of the City Code for Bernard & Kathy Laur, 600 Sextant <br />Avenue, subject to conditions. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED ACTION: <br /> <br />3.1 By motion, recommend approval with conditions (see Section 7 for more detail). <br /> <br />PF3478 - RPCA 06/04/03 - Page 1 of 4 <br />
