Roseville has over 6,330 multi-family housing units with the prospect of <br />300 new units being constructed in each of the next three years.. .by <br />2006 the City could have 7,400 multi-family housing units. <br /> <br />2. The city has over 90 multi family housing complexes which are home to <br />over 8,800 residents. <br /> <br />3. Approximately 5 % of the multi-family population is children, while <br />280/0 (2,539) is senior. <br /> <br />4. The number of multi-family complexes where children represent more <br />than 100/0 of the population is limited to 15 (of 90+). The number of <br />multi-family complexes where seniors represent more than 100/0 of the <br />population is 42 (of 90+ complexes). <br /> <br />5. The top ten (in terms of number of residents) range from 447 to 262 and <br />average 310 residents per complex - each a small neighborhood. <br />However, the majority are smaller; less than 100 residents per complex. <br /> <br />6. Approximately 350/0 of the multi-family residents have lived in their <br />home for more than five years; over 520/0 has lived in their current <br />home for less than 5 years. <br /> <br />7. Owners of multi-family housing (Condos, Townhomes, Cooperatives) <br />represent 250/0 of the total units. <br /> <br />8. Working adults represent 720/0 of the multi-family population. <br /> <br />9.
