<br />April 25, 200:3 <br /> <br /> <br />To The Roseville City Council: <br /> <br />Roseville TGI Friday's would like a permit approved to conduct an outside event <br />in our West Parking Lot on Saturday August 2, 2003. KS95 Radio station along <br />with area Roseville Business' would be contributing to the event. KS95 would be <br />doing a live remote broadcast form our location for the duration of the event. <br /> <br />The intentions of Roseville TGI Friday's would be to have lor 2 outdoor tents set <br />up and provided by Skyway Event Services. SkY\'/ay Event Services would also <br />provide any necessary lighting for the event. The event would start at 2:00pm <br />finishing at 10:00 pm. Live Entertainment by 2 or 3 local bands throughout the <br />day, along with giveaways, a Summer BBQ and Beer Tent (Sponsered by Anhiser <br />Bush). A Grand Giveaway not yet determined will be the Finale of the day, <br />announced by a KS95 DJ. <br /> <br />Marketplace Management, who owns Rosedale Commons has given permission <br />for our employees who currently park in the west parking lot to park in the <br />general parking area. Marketplace Mangement has also given pernlission for the <br />event to take place. <br /> <br />The event will be a celebration of summer and commtmity. Entertainment will be <br />concluded at lO:oopm, hindering any noise problems. <br /> <br />TGI Friday's in Roseville is eagerly looking forward to the permit approval and <br />taking the next step in the event planning process. Screen all light from adjoining residential districts. All lighting to be down cast. <br />b. No outdoor music after 10 pm on sites adjacent to residential districts. <br />c. Patio to be completely fenced in, with entry from the main building, but the <br />fenced in area to include emergency exits. Patio must be entirely on business's <br />property; no roof extensions or canvass type patio roofs closer than 30 feet to <br />property line. <br />d. No ground mounted signage on the patio or attached to fencing. No ground <br />mounted signage closer than 15 feet to property lines. <br />e. No food or beverages served after 10pm on sites adjacent to residential districts. <br />f. Restaurant to provide approval letter for outdoor patio food/liquor sales from <br />property owners prior to issuance of building, county health, or other permits as <br />per application site plan. <br />g. Restaurant to place directional signage on their leased property for overflow <br />parking they have leased on adjoining or nearby property. <br />h. Review/approval by Police and Fire Departments. <br />
