<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of October 2002, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Kysylyczyn, Schroeder <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10040 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP <br />DESIGNATION FROM "B" BUSINESS TO "LR", LOW FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1125 <br />GARDEN AVENUE (pF #3427). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on October 2nd, 2002, <br />received a request from the City of Roseville for a correction to the Comprehensive Land Use <br />Plan designation on property commonly known as 1125 Garden Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map <br />designation change from "B" (Business) to "LR" (Low Density Residential); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said property is legally described as: <br /> <br />The West 125 feet of the east 328.07 feet of the South 165.04 feet of the Northeast y.. of the <br />Southeast y.., subject to easements, within Section 15, Township 29, Range 23 of the City Of <br />Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of the request for a correction to the Comprehensive Plan; <br />
