This type of area (2,918 acres) and has a density of <br />up to four units per acre. There are less 60 acres of vacant and developable residential sites scattered <br />throughout the community; most of which are designated for higher density housing. By value, single <br />family detached homes al community market value but provide <br /> <br /> <br />of the older <br /> <br />stock is east of Lexington and south of Highway 36. Nearly <br />old and only 10% of the single family housing stock was built in the past 20 years. <br /> <br />There are over Roseville. Almost <br />25% of all single family homes have a one stall garage or less, while 70% have 2 car garages.
