The proposed 10 foot wide by 23 foot deep addition, would come to <br />within 3 feet 6 inches (as proposed on submitted site plan) of the side yard (northeast) property line. <br />The City Code requires a minimum setback of 5 feet from a side yard property line for the Jordahl <br />parcel. Mr. Jordahl seeks approval for a 1 foot 6 inch Setback Permit prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br /> <br />3:45-4:00 <br />Mr. Paul Westermeyer, 1240 Belmont Lane, desires to construct an entl)T porch onto the existing <br />home. The current home lies 30 feet from the front property line, which is the proper setback <br />required by the City Code. The proposed 6 foot by 8 foot (48 sq. ft.) enti)T porch would encroach 6 <br />feet into the required front yard (north) setback Mr. Westermeyer seeks a Setback Permit (6 foot) <br />to encroach to a point 24 feet from the front property line, prior to the City issuing a building <br />pen-nit. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br />
