The proposal <br />requests a six foot (estimated) encroachment into the required ten foot side yard setback for <br />the southerly portion of the covered deck. <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing.
