Does not add more vehicles
L. The roof will be a gable roof with the same pitch.

10)
B. Tom Kirland
1808 Alta Vista Dr

D. This permit is required for the roof we would like to put over our deck. We are
planning on adding a deck that will be 4-5 feet from our property line. This would fall
too close to the line if we added a roof. We feel a roof would enable us to screen in the
deck making it more usable, increase privacy, and improve the appearance. We feel the
neighborhood would also benefit from the privacy and appearance.

11.
