John Huppertz, 2465 Churchill Street, is seeking approval for an attached garage and front porch addition onto his existing home and in so doing has requested a Setback Pem1it to allow construction of the garage three feet from the side yard (south) property line and a porch addition 24 feet from the front yard (east) property line. The proposal requests a two foot encroachment into the required five foot side yard setback and a six foot encroachment into the required 30 foot front yard setback. The Setback Pelmit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the proposal in writing and also allow for the opportunity to comment at the above-mentioned hearing.
