<br />e <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />City of Rosevi11e Plannlng Staff <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />We now propose to mov~ the drivp.w8Y away from the northern <br />property line entirely to satisfy the "eighbor's objections. <br />The driveway will now be located between two of the proposed <br />buildings. <br /> <br />In addition to addressing the above problems, we remain convinced of <br />the importance of protec~lng the landscape buffer that this site <br />provides, and we are making every effort to improve that buffer. <br /> <br />Beyond the tlcsthetic and political issues, we of course have addressed <br />problems of driveway grade, emergency vehicle access, site drainage, <br />site utilities, property maintenance, etc. We are also prepared <br />to work with the city staff, and ~Ielghbors to address concerns as <br />they arise. <br /> <br />SAJ:ks <br />
