<br />Please allow this letter to briefly describe our proposed Development.
<br />
<br />First of aliI we intend to joint venture with current property owners
<br />to'raze existing structures in two phases. This process will be
<br />completed by December, 1989. the phasing will allow Cleanco to continue
<br />operation during the demolition and construction phases at which time
<br />they will move into the new facility. We will require CIty tax assist-
<br />ance as coordinated by Craig Waldron and our own CFA to achieve this'
<br />end.
<br />
<br />Secondly, all areas are leased with tenants or owners who will operate
<br />in full compliance with current ordinances. This allows a smooth transi-
<br />tion and eliminates a Itlease-up" period.
<br />
<br />Budget Rent-A-Car
<br />
<br />T~is rental operation will be limited to automobiles, vans and
<br />city-type trueks. (See Budget letter attached.)

<br />H.A.T. Properties
<br />
<br />This area will office teal estate operation&The owners have
<br />resided in the Roseville-New Brighton area for twenty years.
<br />
<br />Rental
<br />
<br />This space is reserved for a future tenant with an office and
<br />warehouse type operation. This space will not be for HAULE!S.
