Holt and Commissioners Diedrick and Stoner met with the City Council on <br />November 17 to discuss topics that were agreed upon at the November Commission <br />meeting (see attached Request for Council Action oultine). <br />For your review, enclosed please find the DRAFT minutes of that City Council meetingthat <br />have not yet been reviewed bythe City Councilso more than likely they will be adjusted. <br />The minutes are included to provide you with a context of discussion that occurred in order <br />to prepare you for your discussion. <br />Requested Commission Action <br />: Review and discuss moving forward. <br />2015 Draft Meeting Calendar <br />5. <br />Enclosed is a draft meeting calendar for 2015 for your review and discussion. <br />Requested Commission Action: <br />Discuss and set annual meeting calendar for 2015. <br />Park Building OperationsPlan <br />6. <br />This is a follow up to our October preliminary discussion on the new park building <br />operations. Based upon all input received from staff and commissioners, a near final outline <br />isincluded in your packet. Comments and suggestions welcome. <br />Requested Commission Action <br />:Review and provide input and advice. <br />Park and Recreation Renewal Program Status <br />7. <br />Included in your packet is a matrix of Renewal Programprojects and current status.
