Re.id.ntial Unit. <br /> <br />Each member has total control and use of his unit for <br />residential living as defined 1n the Declaration. <br />Limitations imposed by the Association to enhance the <br />quality of living for all members are: <br /> <br />1. General Regulations <br /> <br />a. Use which creates a nuisance or disturbance <br />for others. Each occupant should <br />particularly minimize noise intrusion in any <br />form includlng music, machinery and <br />appllances from 9 P.H. to 9 A.M. <br /> <br />b. Window and glass decorating treatments are <br />requlred inside the units and shall be of <br />neutral col~r aa vi5ible from the outside. <br /> <br />c. Use ahall not damage or interfere ~ith the <br />operation of the commo~ area structural or <br />m~chanical elements. <br /> <br />d. The wa~~r closets and other apparatus shall <br />not be used for any purpose other than thOle <br />for which they are designed, nor irBproper <br />articles be thr~~n in~o same. Any damages <br />resulting from Misuse thereof shall be borne <br />by the me~t~r upon whose premises it shall <br />have been cauaed. <br /> <br />e.
