<br />Association, vhenever they Lease/Rent their <br />unit. Information to be supplied to the <br />Board must include: <br /> <br />i. Copy of the rental/lease agreement. <br />ii. Name or the renter and all o~cupant8 of <br />the unit. <br />iii. Term of rental agreement. <br />iv. nescription and license n~~ber of <br />vehicle(s) to be parked in the garage <br />unit. <br /> <br />d. The unit owner must eupply a copy of the <br />rental agreement and information requested in <br />item (c) above each time a unit is sublet to <br />a new renter/occupant or whenever the rental <br />period is extended or renewed with an <br />existing renter. <br /> <br />e. It is the ynit owners responsibility to <br />supply a copy of the Rules and Regulations to <br />the renter and ensure tha~ the renter and <br />occupants comply with all of the Rules and <br />Regulations of the Association. <br /> <br />2. Enforcement of Rules and Regulations - <br />Lea.ee/Renters <br /> <br />Any violation by a renter/occupant or their <br />guests of the Rules and Regulations, Declaration <br />and/or By-Laws of the Association will be brougnt <br />to the attention of the Unit OWner by the <br />ASSoclation. Upon notification from the <br />Association. the unit owner wl11 cause the <br />violation to be corrected within s~ven (7) days. <br />In the event the violation reoccurs or is not <br />corrected within seven (7) days. the terms of the <br />lease are considered to te in default and the <br />Board can act to evict the renters. <br /> <br />II. COHHOh AREAS <br /> <br />A. Parking Areas and Driveway <br /> <br />1.
