<br />B. REGULATIONS FOR ~ATS. DOGS. BIRDS AND FI::lH <br /> <br />Residents may keep C&ts. dogs, birds and Yish <br />in their unit, subject to the following <br />rest!;'ictionR: <br /> <br />1. No more than three (3) of any <br />combination of cats. dogs, fish and <br />birds shall be dllowed tn any uni~ at any <br />one time. (Section 4.7 of the <br />r>eclaration) . <br /> <br />2. No more than one (1) tbnk Wlth fIsh shal~ <br />be allowed in any unit a~ anyone time. <br />(Section 4.7 of the Declarytion). <br /> <br />3. All of the above pets must be kept within <br />the unit and are not to be allowed on th~ <br />common areas at any time for any purpose. <br /> <br />4. lUly pet, whet-her or not allowed by the <br />provisions of this ~ection, shall <br />promptly be removed by the unit owner or <br />occupant from the unit and the property, <br />upon order of the Board made for cause, <br />iuctuding without lim~tation, ~l1nes9 of <br />the pet, nuisance, or failure of the <br />unit owner or occupant to comply with <br />rules and regulations relating to t~e <br />keeping of pets. lSection 4.7 of tne <br />Declaration) . <br /> <br />5. .he Board has full dnd final authori~y in <br />determining which pets witl be allowed <br />pursuant to this regulation. <br /> <br />C. ENFORCEMENT OF THE RESTRICTION OF PET RULES <br /> <br />1. Any resident or occupa~t w~o violates this or <br />any future regulation regard~ng pets shall be <br />required to pay a Common Expense Charge in an <br />add~tional amount equal to twice the monthlJ( <br />Common Assessmen~ for his unit for each month <br />~n which the violation occurs. In addition, <br />any Unit owner ~ho violates this covenant <br />shall be subject t~ all legal rpmedies <br />ava~lable to the associatlon, ~ts Board of <br />~lrectors, and all other residents, as <br />prov~de~ ~n ~he Declaration, in the By-Laws <br />of the Associat~on and by Law. <br /> <br />-7- <br />
