The Board retains the right to submit any request to the members of the Association at a Special Meeting called in pursuant to the By-Laws. Such meeting shall be called within thirty-f~ve (35) days from receiving the request in accordance with this Article and the request is considered denied until a vote of the member8h~p has been completed. 5. Notice of default of compliance of this ~rticle can be given or legal action to enjoin any modification, decoration, change or improvement can be commence~ within thirty-f~ve (35) days of the first reporting of the vlolation to the Board.
