The boundaries of each Garage UnLt, <br />both as to vertical and horlzontal planes, are shown on the Floor <br />Plans, and are the vertical extensions of the Horizontal <br />dimensions of the Gar~ge Unit as shown on the Floor Plans, the <br />undecorated surface of the ceiling (now or hereafter constructed) <br />faciug the interior of the Garage Unit, the topmost surface of the <br />floor (now or hereafter constructed) of th~ G4rage Unit: and, <br />where there now or hereafter LS a perimeter wall for a Garage <br />Unit, the undecorated surface of thA perimeter wall facing the <br />interior of the Garage Unit. <br />Provided, however, that any port1on of the Property lying <br />wholly or partially within the boundarles of a Unit, and <br />constituti~g a Limited Common Element or serving more than one <br />Unit, shall not constitute a part of that Unit. <br />1.21. Unit OWner.
