Any OWner, u?on request, shall <br />be entitled to inspect the Declaration, Byla~s, ~rticles, books <br />and records of the Association during normal business hours. <br />13.4. Captions. The captions herein are only for <br />convenience and reference and do not define. limit or describe the <br />scope of this Declaration, or the intent of any provision. <br /> <br />ARTICLE XIV. <br />Additional Real Estate <br /> <br />14.1. Declarant's Right to ~1~_~1ditional Real Estate. <br />Declarant expressly reserves the right and ~ption to add the <br />Additional Real Estate to the Condominium.
