ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF - ROSE PLACE MANOR HOMES ASSOCIATION The undersigned, for the purposes of forming a nonprofit corporation under the provisions of Chapter 317, Minnesota Statutes, the Minnesota Non-Profit Corporation Act, and laws amendatory thereof, do hereby associate ourselves as a body corporate and adopt the following Articles of Incorp~ration: ARTICLE I The name of this corporation shall be ROSE PLACE MANOR HO~ES ASSOCIATION (Herein called the "Association"). ARTICLE II The purposes and objects of the Association are to provide for and to administer the operation, management, maintenance and care of ROSE PLACE MANOR HOMES, a condominium project to be established 1n accordance ~ith the Uniform Condominium Act, upon the following described real property lying and being in the C1ty of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-W1t: That part of Lot 1, Block 1, T.M. Connor Plat, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minneso~a, lY1ng West of a line parallel with and 242.00 feet East of the West line of said Lot 1 and to undertake the performance of the acts and dut1es lncident to the adm1nistration of the operation and managem€.t of the Association in accordance w1th the terms, prov1sions, condition& and author1zations, a& contained in these Articles of Incorporation and which may be contained in the Decldratlon establish1n'J ROSE PLII.CE MANOR HOMES, a Condominl.1m, \ "Declaration") Wh1Ch wlll be flled in the Office of the County Recorder in and for Ramsey County, Hinnesota, at the time sald real property, a~d any addltional real property, an~ the improvements nryi or hereafter situate thereon, are submitted to a plan of conJominium ownership: and to acquire, own, operate, lease, soll, trad~ and otnerwlse deal w1th such property, whether real or pelsonal~ as may be necessary or convenlent ln the administrat10n of the operation, manage~ent, maintenance. lmprovement and ca-e of the common elements wlthin ROSE PLACE MANOR HOMES, a condoninium.
