<br />ARTICLE VII <br /> <br />The membership of the Association shall consist of the <br />owners ("OWners") of the condominium apartments ("Units") within <br />ROSE PLACE MANOR HOMES, a condominium. Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />as defined in and determined by the Declaration. Membership in the <br />Association shall be appurtenant to, and shall not be separated <br />from, Un1t ownerShip in ROSE PLACE MANOR HOMES, a condominium. <br />No property right inheres in membership and memberships are not <br />transferable except in connection with the transfer by members of <br />their respective Un1ts. The votes to be exercised by the members <br />of the Association shall correspond with the percentage of votes <br />assigned by the Declaration and the By-Laws of th~ Association to <br />the Units for voting purposes. All Owners of Units within ROSE <br />PLACE MANO~ HOMES. a condominium shall be members of the <br />Associat1on. Where there is more than one Owner of a Unit, the <br />percentage of votes allocated to that Unit in accordance with the <br />Declaration shall be cast as the Owners of such Unit among <br />themselves may determine. Where there 1S more than one Owner of <br />a Unit. the percentage of votes allocated to that Unit in <br />accordance with the Declaration shall be cast as the Owners of <br />such Unit among themselves mdY determine. Where there is more <br />than one OWner of a Unit. the OWners of such Unit shall notify <br />the Secretary of the Association in wr~t1n9 of the name of the <br />Unit Owner who has been designated to cast the votes attributable <br />to the Un1t owned, on behalf of all of the Owners of that Unit. <br />Membersh~p in the Association shall automatically pass when the <br />ownersh1p of a Un1t is transferred in any manner.
