EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of 21st 2002, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kough, Maschka, Klausing, Kysylyczyn, Schroeder and the following were absent: None Councilmember Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10041 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP DESIGNATION FROM "LR", LOW DENSITY TO "B" BUSINESS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1813 LEXINGTON AVENUE (PF #3427). WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held on October 2nd, 2002, received a request from the City ofRoseville for a correction to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan designation on property commonly known as 1813 Lexington Avenue; and WHEREAS, the proposed Comprehensive Land Use Plan Amendment requires a map designation change from "LR" (Low Density Residential) to "B" (Business); and WHEREAS, said property is legally described as: The East 203.07 feet of the South 1/8 of the Northeast V,¡ of the Southeast V,¡ also the East 178 feet ofthe North ~ of the South V,¡ of the Northeast V,¡ ofthe Southeast V,¡ except the North 97 feet thereof, all in Section 15, Township 29, Range 23, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, subject to Lexington A venue and Garden Avenue adjacent thereto, according to the United States Government Survey thereof, Ramsey County Minnesota. WHEREAS, after required public hearings, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the request for a correction to the Comprehensive Plan;
