The design provides a curtain wall
constru~tion system with an exterior facade of reflective cementitious, or
metal pancl~ with tinted vision panel glass and tinted spandrel panels in
hcrizont81 bandn. Dual glass-canopied entries highlight the four.atory
tower which Is the project1s focal point.

The buildll':J& are configured to orrer excellent exposure to tho freeway and
a striking visual impact at the Long Lake Road/Count~ Road C intersectionl
the principal approach and access point.

An important feature of the desiGn is the orientation of tho buildings
inward to create ~ largely self-contained campus-like setting, minimizing
the influence of adjoitling industrial uses on the project. As a rcs~Jt,
3ignificant attention is given to site lar.dscaplng and the cre~tion of
pleasing interior and exterior walkways end public spaces.

The project is doalgued to appeal to corporate and professional office
tenants Beeklng first-class office ~pace in a high image facility,
centrally located and accessible at a freeway interchange.

Wo believe that the striking architecture or the complex will ~ke the
Ro~edale Corp::Jrate Plaza a n'Jte1Jorthy and impressive landmark at t!>is
strategic loca.tion in Roscv1l1e.

DEVELOPMENT TEAM

The Rosedllle .orp~ratc Plaza development tca~ consists of the following
ccz:bers:

Developer:

JLN Devalopment, Inc.
2045 Rice Street
St. Paul" MN 55113

Architect:

Fowler-Hanley, Inc.
Architects and Engi~Qer~
1207 Hnrz:on Place
Minneapolis, MN ~5403

Legal Counsel:

C.
