That the pond relocation 1S contingent on the Mlnnesota <br />Department of Transport~tion approval. <br /> <br />2. That the mod1fied entrances to the s~te are subJect to staff <br />approval. <br /> <br />3. That the flnal landscape plan is subject to staff approval, <br /> <br />4. That the fLnal drainage plan 1S subject to staff approval. <br /> <br />5. That any further parklng modlflcatlons must be approved by <br />staff. <br /> <br />"'" <br /> <br />6.
