The Plannlng Comnusslon, at lts March 5, 1986 meeting, unulllmously rp.cowmended appro/al of Jeff Nlelsens' request for a Speclal Use Permlt for revised P.U.D. and site plan approval at 2201 County Road C, wi~h the followlng conditlons: 1. That the pond relocation 1S contingent on the Mlnnesota Department of Transport~tion approval. 2. That the mod1fied entrances to the s~te are subJect to staff approval. 3. That the flnal landscape plan is subject to staff approval, 4. That the fLnal drainage plan 1S subject to staff approval. 5. That any further parklng modlflcatlons must be approved by staff. "'" 6. That the development be constructed 1n accordance w~th the rev~sed plans submltted March S, 1986, ~nclud~ng the ten foot easement on Long Lake Road. 7.
