That concrete curbing be provided for the drlveway or <br />driveways in question if not currently eXlsting. <br /> <br />2. That the common access proposed will be the only access <br />directly off of Rice Street for Lot 5. <br /> <br />3. That th~rc be no exterlor storage of material or manufactured <br />product on Lots 3, 4, and 5 Shady Beach. <br /> <br />4. That the existing fence be removed and a new fence properly <br />constructed prior to approval of lot dlvision. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Motion to approve/deny the lot divlsion <br />and special use permit for site plan <br />approval with the aforementioned <br />conditions if so desired. <br /> <br />'. <br />
