B is <br />an essent1.a1 natural laboratory for the entvronmental education of many <br />chIldren 1n the vill.a.ge, and we therefore petltton the Village Councll <br />to authorIze no development of the parcel of land between HIghway 36 <br />and C,,)unty Rd.
