That the comprehensive plan be amend~d from Medium Density <br />Residential to High density residential, park and bUsine~s. <br /> <br />2. That thG site be rezoned from R-2 to R-l and B-( and fro~ SC <br />to R-3A and B-4. <br /> <br />The Commission further recommended on a 4-3 vote the followlng <br />actions: <br /> <br />1. That the special use permlt for a Planned Unit Development be <br />approved wlth the following condltions: <br /> <br />a~ That the development be constructed as per the plan <br />dated July l~ 1988. <br /> <br />b. ~hat county Road C-2 not be constructed as part of th:s <br />developt<ent. <br /> <br />c. That all streets and drives be cUrb~d. <br /> <br />d. That the build\ngs and excerior bulldlng materials be <br />constructed as lndlc~ted on plans. <br />
