A repeal at <br />that time or any other time would bring the Morator1um to an end, <br />regardless of the one-year per~od spec1f~cd 1n the draft <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />Before an interim (Moratorlum) ordlnance may be adopted, th~ <br />Council needs to authorlze a study to be conducted, or schedule a <br />hearlng for the purpose of considering adoption or amendment of <br />the Comprehens1ve ~lan or zoning prOV1Slons.
