PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: NoticQ is hereby given that the Planning Com~ission of the city of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 civic center Drive, on September 7, 1988 at 7:30 p.m., for the purpuse of considering the following request: Lexington Avenue Limi~ed Partnership/G~orge Reiling request for a comprehensiva pian amendment from medium density residential to high density residen~ial, and low density reside~tial, park, and business and from business to high density residential, and low density residential, a rezoning from R-2 to R-l and B-4, a rezoning from SC to R-3A end B-4, a special use permit for a planned unit development and a preliminary plat at 2775 Lexington Avenue. The developer is proposing to develop 150 dwelling units in 2 three story apartment buildings, 104 dwelling units in 13 two story 8-plex buildings, 6 sLngla family dwellings, a 20,000 square foot 1 story commercial building, and a park.
