Downsize the Project: <br /> <br />In an effort to create less density, yco will notice that we <br />have agreed to downsize the project from 321 rental units to <br />254 rental un~ts. The most notable change is the elimination <br />of one of the three-story buildings along Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />2. Executive Sl~gle-Fa~ily Housing: <br /> <br />Can-American has incorporated siA executive singJ2-fa~lly home <br />sltes lnto the north end of the site. It is anticlpated that <br />these sltes will be sold to a locaJ Roseville single-famlly <br />home bUllder. It is lmportant to note that the ~and owner has <br />agreed to cul-de-sac County Road C-2, pendlng the approv~l of <br />the attached plan. <br /> <br />The balance of the plan remains prlmarlly the same as previously <br />submitten. The retail piece wlll be 20,000 square feet of <br />leasable space, the VFW wlll purchase approximately 30,000 qqua~e <br />feet to expand thelr parking lot, and the Clty will recelve ~ 3.5 <br />acre ballf1eld. <br /> <br />Both the interior and exterior buildlng quallty remains <br />unchanged. Each three-story bUllding exterior will be <br />approxlmately 80% brick with 4-inch aluminum lap siding <br />incorporated into the design from the base of the tnir~ story <br />windows. Each townhouse buil~lng will have approximately five <br />feet of brick walnscoting wlth the incorporation of lap siding. <br />
