Avenue. The City council set the <br />hearing for the flnal plat for October 10, 1988. !he attached final <br />plat has been submitted and ~s heing reviewed by City Public Works <br />Department staff. The Public Work~ staff will provide their <br />c~v~ents to the council at the October 10, 1988 neetinq. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: Moticn to approve/deny Lexington Avenue <br />Li~ited Partnershlp request for a final <br />plat at 2775 Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />The underground tanks at the gas station have been a majo~ c~ncern <br />to the neighbors. Two basic issues have surfaced: <br /> <br />1.
