The property ~s go~n9 to be usea for parking or whatever other use the VFW, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate. , , 1. The VFW w~ll pay $2.00 per square foot for 30,400 square feet of property. The total purchase pr~c~ will be $60,800, more or less. .1 :i I .! 2. Th~ clos~ng eate wl11 be prior to October 1, 1988. 3. The VFW w111 incur the cost of establish1ng a respectable softball park 1n conjunct~on wlth the D~rector of the City of Roseville's Parks and Recreation Department. The costs to ~e incurred deal w1th the f~lloWlr.9: i.) Seeding the grass area of the outfield and common areas; 11.) Installation of an approved fen~e, backstop and dugout areas; iii.) Purchase of infield bases and any other ~aterlals appropriate for an upgraded ballpark; lV.) The ongolng malntenance of the ballpark WhlCh w~ll be performed by the City of ROs~vllle. < !
