City of Roseville — 2015 Budget <br />It is expected that this fund is to be self-supporting from the related revenue sources. <br />The Economic Inc�ements Pay-As-You-Go Fund accounts for resources and payments related to the <br />tax increment pay-as-you-go districts. This fund has been designated as a major fund for reporting <br />purposes <br />Revenues generally consist of property taXes collected from levies specified for maintenance. Other <br />revenues include investment income, and other miscellaneous revenues sources. <br />It is expected that this fund is to be self-supporting from the related revenue sources. <br />The Parks Improvement Program Fund accounts for resources and payments related to the Parlc <br />Improvement Program (PIP). The intent of this fund is not to add new assets but to primarily replace <br />those park assets, which have completed their useful life. This fund has been designated as a minor fund <br />for reporting purposes <br />Revenues generally consist of a property tax levy specifically for park improvements. Other revenues <br />include, investment income, allocations from the Parks and Recreation Infrastructure Fund and other <br />miscellaneous revenues sources. <br />Expenditures recorded include certain capital expenditures for park improvement replacement in <br />accordance with the City's Park Improvement Program. <br />It is expected that this fund is to be self-supporting from the related revenue sources. <br />The Special Assess�nent Construction Fund accounts far resources and payments related to the <br />Pavement Management Program (PMP). This fund has been designated as a minor fund for reporting <br />purposes <br />Revenues generally consist of allocations from the Infrastructure Replacement Fund. Other revenues <br />include; investment income, and other miscellaneous revenues sources. <br />Expenditures recorded include certain capital expenditures for street improvements in accordance with <br />the City's Paving Management Program. <br />It is expected that this fund is to be self-supporting from the related revenue sources. <br />Fund Tvpe: Permanent Funds <br />Permanent Funds are funds which have been legally established as funds from which only the <br />investment income may be used for which the Fund was established. <br />The Infrastructure Replacement Fund accounts for endowment funds set aside for the long-term <br />replacement and maintenance of the City streets. This fund has been designated as a major fund for <br />reporting purposes <br />Revenues generally consist of investment income. <br />121 <br />
