City of Roseville — 2015 Budget <br />Division / Program: General Building Maintenance <br />Organizational Responsibility: Public Works Director <br />Division / Program Description <br />Building Maintenance provides general governmental building maintenance including janitorial services <br />and HVAC maintenance. Building maintenance is continuing to be a decentralized operation with the <br />City, and longer term planning for the implementation of a stronger program is continuing.
