City of Roseville — 2015 Budget Division / Program: Recreation Roseville Skating Center Organizational Responsibility: Parks and Recreation Director Division / Program Description To provide; multi-purpose indoor/outdoor skating opportunities, recreational classes, senior citizen programs, and miscellaneous other activities, in a way that meets the needs of the city and state residents. The Program's activities are accounted for in the Recreation Fund. 2015 Goals and Objectives • Manage and improve concession offerings. • Capitalize marketing efforts to increase ice usage and rentals through camps, clinics and additional adult leagues. • Continue to consider the RSC- OVAL task force recommendations. • Investigate energy management system. • Expand use of camera technology for event broadcasts and facility promotion.
