The Roseville Planning Commlssion at its August 3, 1988 meeting, unanimously tabled consideration of this matter for up to 60 days to allow additional time for a compromise plan to be developed and to facilitate compilation of additional data relating to the development. The City Council, at its August 8, 1988 meeting, continued this matter until the September 12, 1988 meeting. The matter was not taken up by the Planning COMmission at its September 7, 1988 meeting based on the fac~ that the co~ission is waiting for a decision from the Clty Council regardlng the request for a City wide referendum on the purchase of the total Concordia site. If the Council should choose not to consider the referendum, this item should be continued to the October 24, 1988 city council meeting. If the Council should decide to proceed with the referendum, the item should be tabled indefinitely.
